Once we receive your payment, there will be 3-7 business days of processing time. For Express Shipping Orders, it would take around 4 - 12 business days for the order to be shipped to you. For Standard Shipping Orders, it would take around 18 - 35 business days for the order to be shipped to you. Note: These shipping times may sometimes change due to uncontrollable external factors such as when the orders arrive at your country's customs.
Will I receive a tracking number? For Standard Shipping Orders, there will not be a tracking number provided. For Express Shipping Orders, a tracking number will be sent via email when your order has been shipped. Please be patient! And also please be sure to check your junk folder in case our email has been filtered. If you have not received your tracking number after 3 days please feel free to email us!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Kalvv will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit. Refunds will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition by Kalvv.
We also do not provide returns if you have selected the wrong size or incorrect colour for your items. However, we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the order is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) It is also important to note that the sizes are often refered to "Asian Size" (Meaning that they are generally smaller than US) and that the measurements of products may have an inaccuracy of around 1-2 cm due to human measurement error.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
